In Buddhism, a Sangha is a community of friends practicing the dharma together in order to bring about and to maintain awareness. The essence of a sangha is awareness, understanding, acceptance, harmony, and love.

Inspired by the concept of the sangha, our members get together at least once a week to go within together, through meditation, dharma talks, and other spiritual teachings, as part of our weekly programming.

One does not need to be a Buddhist to join our sangha.
